BECKY WASTELL
ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGERWhen Becky joined FAM in 2021, it was her first experience working in the HVAC/R world but she has spent most of her career working in some form of Customer Service. Her days at FAM are spent assisting Michelle with AP/AR, developing training procedures for the office and field staff among other job duties! Previously she worked at an Emergency Veterinarian Office as the Customer Service Supervisor but decided she wanted a complete change of pace. Living in North Carolina with her husband and dogs since 2018, she has learned to love the hot summers and warm winters which is a big change from where she grew up in Michigan!
In Becky's spare time she enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and dogs, Carolina Hurricane hockey and spending time outdoors!
