MICHELLE NELSON
Office ManagerMichelle is the Office Manager for Forced Air Mechanical. Her days are spent wearing many hats, developing office staff, billing, HR, amongst countless other duties. Michelle spent 10 years in the Corporate Travel Industry before joining the staff at her children’s elementary school. She decided to return to the corporate world when her kids reached middle school and joined an emergency reconstruction company where she gained experience in dispatching, AP and AR. In 2014, she wanted a new path and entered the HVAC/R world where she continues to be challenged daily. She has managed and helped with several system conversions over the years and has created training materials for office administration and field technicians.
When Michelle is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her husband, and days at the beach with a good book and her toes in the water.
