CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVETori joined Forced Air Mechanical in 2023 as our Customer Service Representative right after she moved here to North Carolina. She previously worked in the radiology department at a Children's Hospital in West Virginia. Her days at FAM are spent fielding customer and technician phone calls, scheduling and dispatching the technicians, learning new things about the industry daily and so much more!
In her spare time, Tori likes to read, travel to sunny and warm places or to snowy and cold places where she can snowboard!
